The agency is seeking a talented Property Portfolio Manager with a strong background in residential lettings and customer service. This position offers a supportive, team-focused culture that values collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio of 200+ units, a deep understanding of compliance, and a proven ability to manage work orders and contractors in a timely fashion. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and an eye for detail. The role requires at least 2 years of experience dealing with a portfolio of around 150 units, and ARLA qualifications would be highly beneficial.
*Location: Reading
*Salary: £30,000 OTE
*Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm
