Job Description:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to take on a rewarding new challenge. In this role, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, corporates, and not-for-profits. You’ll lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships, and mentor a talented team, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Visit both offices in Northampton and Leicester
*Manage a portfolio of audit clients, acting as their main point of contact
*Lead audit engagements, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met
*Develop a strong understanding of client businesses to identify opportunities for additional services
*Mentor and support audit teams, ensuring high-performance
*Ensure compliance with risk management and quality control procedures
*Represent the firm at events and promote its services
Requirements:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or significant equivalent experience)
*Proven experience managing audit client portfolios
*Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102/1a, IFRS, and ISAs
*Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
*Ability to travel to client sites and between offices (full UK driving license required)
