I am looking for an experienced Lean Manager to join an exciting client of our who predominantly operate within the Aerospace sector. The Lean Manager drives site-wide Lean initiatives, delivering improvement programs, executing Lean Sigma Black Belt projects, coaching Green Belts and Kaizens, and contributing expertise to enhance competitiveness, current performance, and future strategies as part of the Site Leadership team.

Job Description

*Promote High-Performing Teams and act as the interface with the wider organisation
*Oversee Business Continuity, Risk Management, and strategy deployment.
*Execute projects to achieve cost savings and business enhancements.
*Coach Green Belts and improve site problem-solving skills.
*Enhance and sustain effective business processes aligned with leadership goals.


Lean Manager

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

*A Lean Sigma Belt is required, with a Black Belt being highly preferred.
*Proven track record of delivering improvements and automation projects, particularly in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments, is desirable.
*Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
*Manufacturing experience is essential, with operations leadership experience being ideal.
