Reed’s vibrant Scientific hub in Oxford is expanding! We’re on the lookout for two driven Recruitment Consultants to make a significant impact in the scientific sector.

* Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

* Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
* Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed’s services, and match candidates to clients.
* Resilience: Money-motivated with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
