Job Description:
My client is a multi-service law firm renowned for delivering exceptional client service, currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage own caseload of commercial property matters
*Client Advisory – Advise clients on property matters, maintaining strong relationships.
*Transaction Oversight – Manage transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
*Document Management – Draft and review contracts, leases, and property documents.
*Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues, supporting and mentoring as needed.
*Business Development – Participate in networking and client acquisition.
*Case Organisation – Maintain case files and meet deadlines efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate:
*A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 years’ PQE)
*Work well independently and as a team
*Strong Business Development skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong IT skills
