Cirencester
37 hours per week - £32308.00 - 32911.00 Per Annum (plus NJC pay award)
Up to 9 months FTC (Maternity Cover)

About the role…
We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team in Cirencester. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives, projects, and financial people processes. Working closely with the Strategic Business Planning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of our Service Plan, transformational improvement plans, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
*Ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
*Developing check in meetings, standups and plans to make sure we gather appropriate information and hit timescales for feeding into the budget cycle
*Ensuring that all necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, are allocated appropriately
*Monitoring the progress of delivering objectives, including the early identification of bottlenecks or obstacles, and take proactive measures to address them
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to service delivery, risk and resources. This will include service agreements, project plans, risk registers and calendars.

*Highly organised with excellent multi-tasking capability
*Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, using a high degree of empathy
*Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
*Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing needs and project requirements
