Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and lead a team of maintenance and engineering professionals, driving performance and developing technical capabilities
*Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and operational efficiency
*Oversee capital equipment projects, technical investments, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
*Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles and innovative technical solutions
Profile
In order to be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
*Proven track record of technical engineering leadership, demonstrating ability to manage complex engineering teams and deliver transformative projects
*Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, preventative maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies
*Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
