Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant
Location: Birmingham 
Pay: £13.02
Employment Type: Full time
Hours: 
7am-3pm
10am-6pm
2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for Students at reception.
*Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
*Manage check-ins, check-outs, and general queries.
*Assist with maintenance requests, ensuring they are logged and communicated to the appropriate teams.
*Help plan and support student community events and activities.
*Monitor security by ensuring only authorized access to the building.
What We’re Looking For:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
*Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is required
*Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
*A positive, approachable attitude with a can-do mindset.
