Job Description:
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for creating a great employee experience? We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a real impact in a fast-moving business.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic HR Planning:
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
• Help to design and implement HR strategies to support business goals, including talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Provide insights into HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
Talent Management & Development:
• Partner with managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure that the right people are in the right roles.
• Drive initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and career growth programs.
• Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting performance goals and supporting with reviews.
• Identify training needs within departments and work with the HR team to support needs and implement programs.
• Foster a continuous learning environment and encourage personal and professional growth opportunities.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Advise managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
• Work to resolve workplace conflicts and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and industry standards.
• Address any legal or compliance-related concerns within the workforce, including handling investigations, disciplinary and grievance actions.
Change Management:
• Support organisational change efforts, including restructuring and new business integrations.
• Guide leaders and employees through transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition:
• Help to identify workforce needs and ensure that the organisation is attracting top talent.
• Analyse turnover data and identify trends to proactively address retention issues.
• Help develop programs for onboarding employees.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
• Report on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee satisfaction, and performance at monthly review meetings with key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnership or strategic HR functions, preferably in a similar industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices in areas like employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse HR metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Driving license.

What We’re Offering
• Job type: Full time, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, open to considering alternative working patterns.
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
