Reed Talent Solutions are hiring! We are excited to present an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Crayford!

The role

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Key accountabilities

- Answering Calls and Emails - Inputting orders onto Sage - Finding solutions for issues with deliveries and customer complaints - Raising invoices and credits - Inputting data onto systems Additional responsibilities can include: - Putting together Marketing Material - Helping other departments with organising and inputting their paperwork on to the system - Helping customers and visitors, signing them in to the daily record book and helping arrange the board room for meetings.

Skills & experience

• English & Maths (GCSE Level) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Sage (preferred) • Administration experience (Preferred) • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
