The Head of Fire and Building Safety will be instrumental in managing and leading all aspects of fire and building safety across a diverse property portfolio and for external customers. The role will also entail creating and implementing safety policies in line with the latest regulations.

*Ensuring all properties are compliant with the latest fire and building safety regulations.

Profile
A successful ’Head of Fire and Building Safety’ should have:
*A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Fire Safety or Facilities Management.
*Proven experience in a leadership role within the property industry.
*Strong knowledge of fire and building safety regulations.
*Experience in managing a diverse property portfolio.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
