Our client, a leader in temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical logistics, is seeking a Fleet and Validation Coordinator to join their Fleet department at their Birmingham Hub. Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain schedules for vehicle and facility validations.
*Assist in the maintenance and calibration of temperature recording equipment.
*Ensure compliance by maintaining up-to-date equipment lists for validation and calibration.
*Liaise with vendors to support validation activities.
*Prepare validation test documents for approval.
*Support audits and inspections, escalating issues promptly.
*Build a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for validation processes.

Key Skills and Experience:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Oracle.
