As a Business Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporate entities. Responsibilities:
*Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services.
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work, and supporting their development.
*Preparing statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts for a range of clients.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
*Collaborating with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
Requirements:
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent).
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
