Job Description:
An exciting new opportunity for an experienced EA to join global consumer goods business.
The role would be to support the VP of HR and work within a team of EAs. Experience in supporting senior leadership within the HR/People function is essential.
Key responsibilities:
*Extensive diary management, prioritizing tasks and maximizing productivity
*Email management
*Organise travel arrangements, itineraries and visas where necessary
*Organise internal and external meetings, preparing documents, agendas and taking minutes
*Manage all expenses and invoices
*Assist with HR projects
*Organising events
*Provide cover to other EAs when needed
Key skills required:
*Experience in a similar role, supporting senior leadership within the HR/People function
*Excellent planning and organising skills - proven ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and use initiative as appropriate.
*Extensive experience in effective diary management, organising meetings and events and booking accommodation and travel.
*Reliable and enthusiastic with proven ability to work in a team environment.
*Intermediate/advanced computer literacy with excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Flexible and pragmatic approach to supporting a wide operational remit.
*Ability to problem solve, be proactive and take ownership of work and make informed decisions.
