Your new company
Hays are pleased to be working in partnership with a locally established and globally recognised organisation that are leaders in their market, offering specialist solutions to a bespoke but vital business model that operates on an international scale. Due to a change in team structure, the requirement for a full time permanent Payroll Coordinator has become available.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and positively supporting to manage monthly payroll processing. This role will give you exposure to managing both regional and international payrolls, dealing with multi-currency payments and supporting with all elements of the process through to final reporting. You will be expected to confidently manage all starters, leavers, adhoc payments and manage internal queries that arise relating to payroll matters. You will work as part of a small payroll function, liaising closely with the external payroll providers and have confidence in analysing payroll information to provide commentary when required.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated and team focused payroll professional who can demonstrate a core understanding and application of managing monthly high volume payroll processes. You will be a strong communicator who is confident in dealing with both internal and external payroll queries to ensure processes are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner. Previous experience dealing with multi-currency or international payrolls would be highly advantageous.
