Job Description:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sports? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Partnerships.
The Role:
* Revenue Generation: Develop and drive the Club’s partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday strategy.

* Client Relationships: Build and enhance long-term relationships with existing partners and clients while attracting new customers.

* Collaborative Work: Work alongside marketing and media teams to grow revenue through the Club’s digital platforms.

* Leadership: Lead the partnership account management team to ensure exceptional service for commercial partners.

* Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation in commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Drive partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday revenue streams.

* Define target markets and develop business activities to increase sales.

* Provide board-level reporting on successes and areas for improvement.

* Represent the Club at industry events.

* Manage the Club’s major partners and ensure high levels of repeat business.

Experience Required:
* Degree level education or equivalent.

* Professional background in sports.

* Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to influence and engage at a senior level.

* Experience in driving high standards of service within teams.

* Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
