The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young women through sport, promote physical fitness, and encourage a healthy lifestyle. You will play a pivotal role in shaping students’ physical and mental wellbeing while helping them develop teamwork and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons tailored to the needs of students across a range of abilities.
*Develop a diverse curriculum that incorporates traditional sports, fitness activities, and contemporary trends in physical education.
*Foster an inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and achieve their potential.
*Organize and supervise extracurricular sports clubs, inter-school competitions, and events.
*Ensure the health and safety of students during all physical activities.
*Act as a positive role model and mentor, promoting sportsmanship, resilience, and mutual respect.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialization in Physical Education.
*Proven experience teaching PE at secondary level, with a track record of success.
*Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Physical Education.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and wellbeing.
