An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing team in Alton. This role is perfect for someone who excels at providing high-quality administrative support to financial advisers, liaising with providers and ensuring exceptional client service for high-net-worth individuals.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll handle complex cases, support junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide administrative support, including managing client files, responding to queries, and preparing valuations and recommendation reports.
*Process new and existing business, including GIA/ISA/Pensions and more complex Bonds/Trusts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
*Liaise with advisers, clients, providers, and third parties to maintain compliance and service quality standards.
*Mentor and support team members, handle training needs, and assist in resolving complex queries or workloads.
*Contribute to process improvements, project work, and implementing procedural changes for efficiency.
*Support management by overseeing team workloads, resolving issues, and deputising during absences.

Skills and Experience Required:
*Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator (essential).

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Intelligent Office (desirable).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage workloads independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
