About you:
As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will play a vital role in executing key product and marketing initiatives that drive incremental revenue for the business. You will create compelling messaging and content for our strategic products and launch new solutions. Collaborating with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you will develop innovative marketing materials and sales tools for effective product positioning and sales enablement, while also supporting the creation of a strong value proposition.
Your GTM enablement packs will enhance the Marketing team’s demand generation efforts and improve the Sales process, ensuring sales success. By managing the GTM process throughout the customer journey, you will help ensure customer satisfaction and support new business generation, bundled-product sales, and repeat purchases. Attention to detail and a focus on quality are essential, along with the ability to understand and translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits.
In this Product Marketing role, you will become an expert in our target audience, their buying behaviour, and criteria, sharing that knowledge with the lead generation and sales teams. Your contributions will be crucial to the strategic Product Marketing plan, requiring you to execute tactically, be flexible, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working with passion and pace.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Strategic Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and executing product marketing initiatives.
• Product Marketing Execution: Drive innovative marketing initiatives for both existing and new products to meet divisional targets, while delivering sales enablement tools and collateral to enhance the selling process and improve conversion rates.
• Market Insight and Customer Advocacy: Gain a deep understanding of buyer behaviour and market dynamics to inform product positioning and messaging, while championing customer success stories to enhance customer satisfaction and support cross-selling opportunities.
• Performance Measurement and Optimisation: Ensure product launches meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously assess and refine the customer journey for both new and existing products to enhance overall customer experience.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven Experience and Skills: Extensive background in software product marketing, product management, or presales, particularly within B2B software, with a strong understanding of solution-based marketing communications and the creation of effective marketing and sales enablement materials.
• Communication and Team Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical information into customer-focused outcomes, alongside a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams under pressure.
• Project Management and Adaptability: Strong project management capabilities, comfortable handling multiple tactical projects with tight deadlines while supporting larger strategic initiatives, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Customer-Centric Approach and Campaign Execution: Proven track record in understanding customer needs and executing successful product propositions, including implementing effective product launch and lead generation campaigns across various
