Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality business services including accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory work.
*Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring.
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
*Support business development initiatives, including client onboarding and service enhancements.
*Collaborate with partners and senior management on firm-wide strategies and projects.
Requirements *Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong technical skillset.
*Proven experience managing client portfolios and leading a team.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
