Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in Religious Education to students at KS3 and KS4.
*Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking about diverse beliefs and cultures.
*Prepare, plan, and assess lessons that meet the curriculum requirements.
*Track and support student progress through effective feedback and communication with parents and colleagues.
*Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events.
Essential Requirements:
*Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Proven experience teaching Religious Education within a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential for early career teachers.
*Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Religious Education.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
*Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
