DCS Automotive is renowned for its innovative and customer-focused approach to serving commercial and private clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive vehicle sales (vans and cars) and foster strong customer relationships.
Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be the face of our business, helping customers find their ideal vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience. Your ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
*Engage with customers in the showroom and through inquiries to understand their requirements.
*Present vehicle options, explaining features, specifications, and financing plans.
*Facilitate test drives and ensure vehicles are showcased to a high standard.
*Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
*Maintain a customer database and develop lasting relationships for repeat business and referrals.
*Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
*Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
What we are looking For:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer connections.
*Proven sales experience (automotive or retail preferred) with a results-driven attitude.
*A strong passion for the automotive industry and a customer-first mindset.
*Basic knowledge of vehicle features and the ability to explain them clearly.
*Organizational skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
*A full UK driving license is required.
