Birchrose Associates are pleased to be partnering with a friendly, reputable firm in the East of England seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to start February 2025 for 2-3 months +.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-regarded, long established law firm, and they are recruiting for a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them from February 2025. The locum is required to assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis with a duration of 2-3 months +.

The ideal locum will be based in the office at least once a week, but they will allow someone to work on a hybrid basis. They are seeking a locum to work 3-5 days per week. The firm are within walking distance to the nearest station.

Responsibilities

The Locum Family Solicitor will assume responsibility for private family matters to include:


*Divorce
*Financial matters
*Private children matters

You will benefit from secretarial support and working alongside other Fee Earners in the team.

Requirements
*At least 5 years’ PQE
*Experience handling busy private family caseloads
