Proactive Personnel Limited are looking to recruit a Trainee Commercial RecruitmentConsultant to join our established team based in our Telford office. We are a privately owned company established in 1999 that employ over 100 staff and deliver exceptional recruitment service to our clients.
As a Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will:
*Receive FULL RECRUITMENT & SALES TRAINING to enable you to contribute to the Office/Commercial Desk
*Source and register experienced office/executive candidates
*Supply candidates to clients within the Shropshire area
*Generate business through outbound sales
*Business development of current/prospect clients
*Contract Management of client
*Develop and foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
*Hold client meetings face to face - full driving license ESSENTIAL
