CRM Data Senior Executive

We are delighted to be working with this highly successful leading professional services firm who are looking for a talented CRM Data Senior Executive to join their well-regarded team based in London.
The firm has an excellent reputation, coupled with a superb culture that is progressive, forward-thinking, highly collaborative and extremely friendly and supportive. This CRM data Senior Executive role will work closely with key internal teams to provide support and manage the firms CMS (MS Dynamics).
The main remit of the role will include:
*Define and implement KPIs for data quality, ensuring data integrity across the firm.
*Coordinate with the Data Office and MDM team to ensure successful data governance.
*Perform regular data cleansing exercises to maintain high data quality.
*Provide feedback to the CMS Operations Manager on data quality issues.
*Assist with data transformation projects, integrating and developing CMS across our enterprise ecosystem.
*Work with the D365 team to implement improvements and automations for better data quality.
*Contribute to the development of CMS processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
*A solid understanding of data management and CRM systems.
*Experience of Dynamics 365 would be highly advantageous.
*The ability to resolve non-routine issues by escalating to the CMS team managers.
*Strong listening skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
*Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
