Role overview:
As an AI Engineer at Open Reply, you will proactively build productive relationships with clients to understand their needs, driving innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. You will consistently deliver high-quality work, making strategic decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML models that optimize productivity and drive growth. By leveraging your technical expertise, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and cloud platforms, you will contribute to a collaborative, efficient, and results-driven environment while mentoring team members and fostering continuous innovation.
Responsibilities: *Build productive relationships with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, driving the implementation of innovative solutions for exceptional customer experiences
*Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence teams and align efforts toward shared goals
*Consistently deliver high-quality work while managing and documenting projects effectively
*Make strategic decisions and provide clear recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to optimize productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive growth
*Stay current with emerging trends, seek development opportunities, and advocate for innovative solutions to foster continuous innovation
*Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of projects by identifying opportunities for efficiency and tackling ambiguous challenges with resilience
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address their needs, share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals
About the candidate: *A minimum 2.1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
*Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
*Knowledge of AI frameworks and familiarity with common stacks
*Knowledge of multiple front-end languages, libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
*Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python, PHP) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js)
*Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and UI/UX design
*Experience with version control (Git) and in Agile environment
*Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
