Operations Manager - Private Healthcare Clinic
Location: Harley Street District, London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our clients established private healthcare clinic in the prestigious Harley Street District of London. With over 20 years of reputation in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead clinic operations and drive our business forward.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic’s operations, acting as the owner’s voice and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. This role requires a strong background in private healthcare and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and coordinate all business operations, serving as the primary liaison between owners, staff, and external stakeholders
*Drive business development initiatives and build positive relationships with partners, including GP referrals
*Oversee governance, ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
*Manage HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, and performance management
*Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve complex issues
*Coordinate with doctors, stakeholders, and patients to ensure high-quality care and service delivery
*Oversee CCSD and related administrative processes
*Provide leadership and direction to the office manager and clinic manager, who will report directly to this position
*Make high-level decisions and problem-solve across all areas of the business
*Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the clinic owners
Qualifications and Experience
*Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a similar role within private healthcare
*Strong background in a medical discipline
*Extensive knowledge of healthcare governance and regulations
*Proven track record in HR management and recruitment processes
*Excellent people management and delegation skills
*Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
*Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
