Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answering any inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, organising calendars and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, able to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
A valid driving licence is required for this position.
