Job Description:
Global player in the music industry with a dominant position across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Recognised for their expertise, they employ c2,000 people internationally.
Reporting to the VP of People, as the EMEA BP you will build relationships with European SLT and work to understand their business position, aspirations and challenges. You will help to future proof their business and help maintain their competitive advantage. Delivering across 15 EMEA countries, you will work across the employee lifecycle, and use data to identify trends. Furthermore, you will take the lead on both global and EMEA people-based projects, such as the introduction of a new reward and recognition platform.
You will be an established EMEA BP with a proven track record of delivering internationally. You will be able to build relationships with senior commercial leaders and be well versed in delivering across the employee lifecycle; from recruitment to reward. You will also be able to illustrate experience of interpreting data to identify business trends and enjoy working with HR peers. European languages will be well received.
Offering £70,000 - £80,000, 10% bonus, BUPA, international travel, wider benefits pack and Friday WFH.
