Job Description:
As Director of Sales for European Asset Management, you’ll be pivotal in shaping regional growth strategy, engaging with C-suite executives at top-tier financial institutions, and building high-performance sales teams. This position offers the chance to drive enterprise-level deals while working alongside subject matter experts worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
*Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships across the Asset Management sector.
*Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving ambitious growth target.s
*Negotiate with C-suite executives to develop comprehensive outsourcing and partnership strategies.
*Oversee the delivery of high-value services, including Investment Research, Financial Marketing, Data & Tech Services, and Risk Management solutions.
What You’ll Need:
*12+ years of experience with deep knowledge of buy-side markets (asset management, hedge funds, private wealth)
*Proven track record in leading enterprise sales teams and closing complex deals
*Strong network within the industry and experience engaging with senior stakeholders
*Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
*Experience selling to the C-Suite within Asset Management,
