Sales Negotiator - Central Birmingham
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
OTE: Uncapped earnings, with realistic earnings of £45,000+ for high performers.
Timings: Interviews before christmas ideally with a January start

Role Overview:
*As a Sales Negotiator, you will work closely with the Property Valuer to sell properties listed on our tech-driven auction platform.
*Your day-to-day activities will include managing relationships with buyers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven sales experience, ideally with a property background or in similar sales sectors (estate agents, recruitment, B2B, etc.).
*A strong understanding of the property buying and selling process, along with relevant legislation.
*A target-driven, money-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
*Excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
