Our Outsourced Solutions department are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills who thrives on getting the best out of people, someone who takes pride in coaching and mentoring their team to deliver the best possible results.
We are looking to hear from individuals who are based near to our Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Southampton or London offices.
What will you be doing?
You will be not only working independently but as part of a successful Outsourced Solutions team. Our Outsourced Solutions Team handle Insurance claims on behalf of some of the biggest Insurers in the Market.
You will be confident reviewing quantum, valuing general and special damages and finalising case plans, including providing next steps advice.
What do I need?
For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous experience in managing a team, while enhancing performance and who has a focused client service approach.
You will be able to guide and advise your team on best practice while identifying training needs for the best output alongside frequent analysis of Management Information.
