Essential Experience: *Assisting senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
*Delivering high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
*Handling a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
*Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
*Assisting on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
*Strong client relationship management skills
*Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
Desirable Experience: *Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE
*Advising on and enforcing post-termination restrictions
*Experience advising clients from various sectors
*Business development, including networking
*Presentation skills
Knowledge and Skills: *Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
*Financial housekeeping
*Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely
*Assess legal issues, conduct research, and provide cost and scope advice
*Draft documents and letters of advice
*Stay up to date with law and practice developments
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
