My client in Sudbury is seeking an excellent service providing Pharmacist.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Providing Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team in the Sudbury area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and driving innovative services within the pharmacy.
Key Duties
*Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
*Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
*Develop and implement innovative health services and programs that meet the needs of the local community.
*Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication management and health-related issues.
*Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
*Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
*Ensure the pharmacy is stocked with necessary medications and products, managing inventory effectively.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
*Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
