Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, advising patients on medication management, and promoting health and wellness initiatives within the community.
Key Duties
*Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
*Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
*Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
*Support patients with chronic disease management.
*Engage with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
*Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
*Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Package and Benefits
*Up to £55,000 per annum
*Monday to Friday working
*10,000 items
*Heavy services provider
*Keen on IP support
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
*Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
*Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
*Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Passion for patient care and community health.
