Job Description:
My client, a market leading manufacturer with a reputation for excellence is looking for a confident and driving HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their People team.
*Permanent and fully on-site role
*Bar Hill - Own transport is required
*Up to £35,000
*Interviews taking place the week before Christmas!!
This varied role will allow you the opportunity to provide top notice administration and coordination across a great HR team.
Key Areas:
*Lead recruitment campaign discussions with hiring managers
*Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the interview processes
*Liaise with candidates, coordinating interviews, leading on communication
*Create, post and shortlist job vacancies
*Manage the pre-boarding administration
*Maintain employee and general files
*Support the HR team with all administration
This role is ideal for a skilled administrator with experience in an HR team and has a desire to develop their career further within HR. Familiarity with managing recruitment campaigns is a bonus too, as you will be conducting interviews, coordinating with external agencies and completing enhanced background checks.
