Description
Accounts Receivables Clerk:
*Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including raising invoices and allocating payments.
*Monitor and chase overdue payments to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding balances.
*Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payment issues promptly.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling queries and disputes with professionalism.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
*Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status and contribute to cash flow management.
*Support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable operations.
Profile
Accounts Receivables Clerk:
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within the building and construction industry. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You’ll be confident in communicating with clients and internal teams, adept at problem-solving, and proficient with accounting software and Excel. A background in construction finance or knowledge of industry-specific processes is a plus.
