What you will do
As a HVAC Mobile Service Technician, your day-today role will include service, maintenance and repair work on various Chiller, AC and other HVAC equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. This is a mobile role, predominantly in London and surrounding areas within M25 corridor.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our successful team of specialised technicians maintaining and supporting customer’s facilities across Finance, Health, High Tech, Data Centers, and Blue Chip customers.
You will carry out system PPM as per contract requirements, communicating clearly findings and any further actions required or recommendations for system improvement, upgrades or optimisations. In this role, you are the primary contact for providing top quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems. Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.
What we look for
* Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 as a minimum and F-Gas Certificate.
* Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components: DX, Split & VRV systems, AHUs & ventilation plant.
* Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi and Mitsubishi etc.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience as a Chiller/ AC / HVAC Service Engineer, any further building services experience would also be helpful.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong admin skills using IT devices for work completion and technical reports.
* Participation in on call rota.
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
