Salary: circa £75k
Contract Type: Permanent, hybrid working

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Technology Engineer to join Oversight Board’s dynamic and fast-paced Technology Team. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for technology services and ensuring a human-centric approach to user support. If you thrive in a stimulating environment and want to work on tactical and strategic projects, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
* Responding to user requests for help and support
* Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software
* Onboarding and offboarding of team members
* Diagnosing and fixing network and hardware/software issues
* Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
* Providing user training and developing support guides
* Working on continuous development and improvement initiatives
* Collaborating with other areas of the Technology Team on strategic projects
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience with system administration and Windows 10/MacOS
* Familiarity with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack
* Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and experience of Agile working
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Passion for continuous improvement and creative thinking
* Familiarity with IT security and device management
Desirable skills:
* Networking experience (VPN, Web Proxy, LAN, WIFI)
* Familiarity with Zoom and Salesforce
* Interest in web design and DevOps
