Are you an experienced and dedicated Home Manager looking for your next exciting challenge? We have an exceptional opportunity for you to lead and manage a well-established 30-bedded care home in Walton-on-Thames. The home has a Good CQC rating, and we are looking for a passionate individual who can uphold our high standards of care while ensuring the wellbeing of both our residents and team.
Position: Home Manager
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
Care Home: 30-bedded Residential Care Home
CQC Rating: Good
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment.
*Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgets, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
*Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging personal development and training for all staff.
*Ensure that the home meets all health and safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
*Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care for residents.
About You:
*A proven track record as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care setting.
*Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and experience of achieving high CQC ratings.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
*A valid NMC pin or NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
