Job Description:
Location: Warwick Innovation Centre, Warwick Technology Park

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 - 16:00

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic finance company based at the Warwick Innovation Centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing invoices accurately and on time.
- Liaising with landlords and other stakeholders to address queries and concerns.
- Utilizing finance systems, with SAP experience being highly advantageous.
- Supporting general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Assisting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Requirements:
- Computer Literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in a finance or accounting environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and without direct supervision.
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong prioritising and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The ability to recognise and meet deadlines under pressure.
