Job Description:
Property Manager needed in Bristol Paying £21.98 per hr Ref 5260078
Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Role Purpose: Provide professional and technical advice on property-related matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and best practices. Manage property estates, negotiate legal agreements, and oversee property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional advice on property matters, including compliance with legislation, policy, and best practices.
Gather, monitor, and report data related to property estates, including inspection, measurement, and valuation.
Negotiate legal agreements for the use of land and property by third parties and on behalf of the organization.
Manage operational assets leased to third parties.
Work as part of project teams on property reviews and rationalization.
Implement property-related transactions to optimize service delivery, capital receipts, and revenue returns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and policies as set out by relevant professional bodies.
To provide support to the Internal & Sector Relations Manager in the provision of management and leadership action
