£25,066 - £26,632 (based on full time hours, part time applications are also welcome)

What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 – 19 years with their care and education. 
*Enabling our learners to participate in activities and have fun outside of school hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite. 
*Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date 
*Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
