Become a Support Worker and Make a Difference!
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 24-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour, plus £60 sleep allowance per shift
Welcome Bonus: £250 - £400 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking kind-hearted and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This is your chance to provide meaningful care and support to children and young people, helping them build a brighter future.
While experience in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) is beneficial, it’s not a requirement - we’re here to train and guide you every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
*Offering emotional and physical support
*Encouraging independence through daily living skills
*Managing behaviours effectively and empathetically
*Organising engaging activities to foster social and emotional development
*Working closely with your team to create tailored care plans
What We’re Looking For
*Qualifications: A Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent is ideal (or a willingness to work toward it)
*Experience: Preferably 1 year in children’s residential care
*Key Traits: Empathy, resilience, strong communication, and professionalism
*Essential Requirement: A full UK driving licence
