Job Description:
TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT
A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the Asset Wealth Management division as a Team Assistant for 12 months with the potential to extend!
TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT ROLE:
*Managing calendars proactively across multiple time zones, prioritising meeting requests, including coordination of complex meetings and phone and video conference calls
*Effectively managing a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening, and routing calls as needed, and taking detailed and accurate messages
*Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining banker contacts
*Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances, and preparing itineraries
*Processing travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with expense guidelines
*Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
*Fostering a team-oriented environment by providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group
*Assisting with other ad hoc projects and duties as requested
*Performing general tasks including, but not limited to, faxing, copying, archiving, and filing
TEAM ASSISTANT – ASSET WEALTH MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS:
*Willing to work 5 days in office
*Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant supporting senior level executives or a large team
*Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
*Advanced MS Office Skills
