Learning and Development Lead - Workforce Management System
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Rate: £175 - £215 per day
Duration - 12 Months
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to design and deliver innovative training programs for a global time and attendance system transformation. This role is central to driving adoption and user engagement for a modern workforce management platform.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct training needs analysis and design user-focused, multimodal training plans.
*Develop diverse learning materials, including guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
*Deliver tailored training sessions and create a sustainable training academy.
*Establish and manage a centralized knowledge-sharing system for resources.
*Support change initiatives with engaging demos and communication materials.
*Essential Skills and Experience
*Proven track record in creating and delivering HR or workforce system training.
*Proficiency with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
*Strong communication and content development skills.
*Experience in knowledge management and global transformation programs.
