Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a highly reputable company in Runcorn.

The hours of work are 20 per week, which can be flexible to suit the candidate!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:
*Managing and maintaining the company’s purchase ledger
*Ensuring accurate recording of all supplier invoices and payments.
*Processing invoices
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Preparing payment runs
*Addressing supplier queries.
*Working closely with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
*Purchase Ledger experience
*Good Excel skills
*The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
