What does the ideal candidate look like to them?

Ideally you shall have around 2 years’ previous experience gained within insurance or private practice. You’ll be confident with exceptional communication and IT skills and be comfortable using a case management system. 

You should be able to confidently manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, you will know how to establish liability and indemnity on all motor claims, have strong negotiation skills and have the ability to take claims up to the point of hearing.

You’ll also recognise when claims need to be escalated to the Team Manager. Strong time management skills with a clear understanding of timelines/deadlines you will communicate effectively at all levels and are someone who can develop strong relationships both internally and externally.
