Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 16.00 OR 09.00 - 17.00
£12.00 PER HOUR
People Solutions in Bristol are working with a local education recruitment provider looking for a Customer Service Administrator.

Day to Day Duties
*Being the first point of contact to employers for all apprentice applications
*Guiding employers through the funding process
*Providing advice and support to employers regarding the apprenticeship levy, incentives, and future funding reforms
*Maintaining the apprenticeship service account ensuring all cohorts are up to date and accurate
*Working closely with other departments and support staff to assist with coordination of applications
*Confirming all eligibility requirements are met so applicants can progress
Essential Skills
*Excellent customer service skills, both written and spoken
*Must be computer literate, with experience in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and basic Excel
*Confident working with people at all levels
Desirable Experience
*Previous experience within an admin, recruitment or customer service environment will be an advantage
Training
*Full system training will be provided
