Job Description:
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
  
Are you a high performing, supportive and adaptable individual? Our client has two exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunities for Executive Assistants to join Europe’s largest venture capital firm to support a leading executive. This is a hybrid role, three days working in office and two days working remotely.
  
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Proactively coordinating extremely busy diaries, managing a high volume of requests and rescheduling, keeping up with frequently changing priorities and demands
*Seamlessly coordinating and executing business travel planning, organising complex and multi-destination trips across Europe and the US
*Delivering effective team administration, overseeing contacts and stakeholder databases, managing project pipelines and tracking objectives and priorities, coordinating the investment process end to end
*Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
*Coordinating meeting briefings, actions and follow-ups, ensuring all meetings are effectively staffed and prepared for
*Assisting the team by developing strong relationships with contacts from each stakeholder group, acting as a brand ambassador for Atomico
*Planning and executing internal team events such as team socials and offsites, as well as external gatherings
*Supporting the wider team with business development activities, including project and event coordination, and assisting with larger flagship Atomico events
*Managing inboxes where applicable
*Submitting monthly expenses
*Providing support to the EA team with occasional holiday and sickness cover
  
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Experience working in tech or finance industries
*Minimum four years’ experience in an executive role
